Restriction update
The Victorian Government has announced that Victoria will further relax its COVIDSafe Settings, allowing for reduced mask wearing, more visitors in the home and an increase in the number of people allowed at live sporting venues and other settings.Indoor physical recreation and community sport: A density quotient of 1 per 2sqm applies to each space. Signage must state the number of people permitted inside and electronic record keeping through the Services Vic application or a government API-linked digital system is required.
Outdoor physical recreation and community sport: No cap on outdoor fitness classes other than density quotient of 1 per 2sqm. Electronic record keeping through the Services Vic app or a government API-linked digital system is required. Venues with capacity of greater than 500 patrons must publish a COVIDSafe Plan online.Pools, spas, saunas, steam rooms and springs: Indoor venues open with a density quotient of 1 per 2sqm when using electronic recording keeping (if not using electronic record keeping, density quotient of 1 per 4sqm applies). Outdoor pools open with a density quotient of 1 per 2 sqm. Electronic record keeping through the Services Vic app or a government API-linked digital system is required.Public Gatherings: Up to 200 people (infants under 12 months are not included in the 200)Visitors at home: Up to 100 people in a day. People from different households are allowed (infants under 12 months not included)Face masks: Mandatory to wear them in public transport settings and while traveling in commercial passenger vehicles. 2021 All Abilities Harmony Cup
This years 2021 All Abilities Harmony Cup saw a record number of teams and players hit the pitch at Shepparton's Princess Park. Schools and service providers from all over Central and Northern Victoria came together after months of practicing to take part in the cups sixth year and was a warm welcome back to community sport after COVID19 2020 shutdown of sport.The round robin style event provides an opportunity for people with a disability to learn cricket for the first time or put their practiced skills to action, and allows everyone to participate. Whilst also shining a light on and celebrating the wonderful contribution people with a disability, their families, careers, and volunteers make to community sport.A big congratulations to the events organisers Shepparton / Youth Club United Cricket Club, ConnectGV and Cricket Victoria along with many other community supporters for another successful year!

First Aid/CPR Course
Previously known as Apply first aid or Senior first aid, this training course will give you the skills and knowledge required to provide First Aid response, life support, management of casualty(s), the incident and other first aiders, in a range of situations, including in the home, workplace or within the community, until the arrival of medical or other assistance.
The course will be delivered by TalkSmart Training.The course involves an Online component to be completed prior to a 90 minute practical assessment to be undertaken at the Shepparton Sports Stadium.

Athlete Pathway Grants Program
Category 2: Victorian Sport and Recreation ClubsClubs can apply for on behalf of emerging athletes (individuals or teams) to assist with the costs of travel and accommodation costs to train or compete at events that contribute to their development within their sporting pathway. Clubs can also apply for funding for coaches and officials to assist with the costs of travel to carry out official duties at events. Active Kids Voucher Program
The Get Active Kids Voucher Program helps eligible families get their kids involved in organised sport and recreation activities by reimbursing the cost of membership and registration fees, along with uniforms and equipment essential for participation. Coming soon: TAC Club Rewards
The TAC Club Rewards Program has been designed to help grassroots football get back on the field, providing integral support to clubs as they prepare to return after the cancellation of the 2020 season.
